This comic gets our number one spot this week not because it is a confluence of three of today's most critically acclaimed X-books, but because it is the largest meeting of queer characters since the Young Avengers teamed up with the Runaways! (Ah, the good ol' days...) This issue has Karma, Northstar, Howlett, AND his bf, Herc! I know that we already have Daken (Meh, he's dead NOW. But he'll get better.), but my fingers are crossed that this series dumps my fav queer-verine, Howlett, in the 616.

Batwoman #18
Wonder Woman is heading back to her solo series, but Bette's back in action! Plus, Kate is marrying Maggie?!?!??? A new story starts here, and it looks like Batwoman and Hawkfire are up against classic batvillain Mr. Freeze!

X-Factor #253
The Hell-on-Earth War continues! Now that Tier has offed one of the Hell Lords, will his mom let him loose on the other demons who want his head? Especially since her teammates are pressuring her to do just that?

Ultimate Comics X-Men #23

We finally get the 411 on what happened to Colossus! After he murdered a guard in the mutant concentration camps we lost all narrative contact with the metal hunk, but this week we see how he and Storm both survived the Nimrod attack and went their separate ways. I'm hoping that Colossus gets picked up by Jean and taken to her mutant city in Asia!

Young Avengers #2 Now

Will Hulkling's EvilMom kill everyone?? Has she already killed his boyfriend's family??? And what's up with this foe of Loki's that shows up? Are they talking about Miss America Chavez?

Astonishing X-men #59

That's right. It's game time. Agent Twilight is coming out and nothings going to stop him, especially his beau's insecurities! Plus all the kids are in danger, Tia wants to head back to work (Justice-League-ing, that is) and Hella might be headed back to prison! This book is TOTES. PERF.
